Electric Hydraulic Lift and Tilt Scissor Tables for Ergonomic Material Positioning

EHLTT-4848-4-47_X.gifElectric hydraulic lift and tilt scissor tables combine vertical lifting and controlled tilting functions to improve ergonomic material handling in manufacturing plants, assembly lines, warehouses, and packaging operations. Designed to reduce bending, reaching, and repetitive lifting, these industrial tilt tables position materials at safer and more efficient working angles for loading, unloading, assembly, and pallet handling tasks.

Key Features & Benefits

Built with heavy-duty steel construction and industrial-grade hydraulic components, these lift and tilt tables provide dependable performance for demanding applications. Available in 45-degree and 90-degree tilt configurations, the tables feature integrated restraining chains and raised retaining lips to help secure loads during operation. Safety features include perimeter toe guards, velocity fuses, upper travel limit switches, maintenance props, and weather-resistant hand controls for improved operator protection and long-term reliability. The unique tilt link design keeps the load closer to the center of the platform to maximize stability and minimize required floor space.

Applications & Configurations

Available in multiple platform sizes, capacities, and end or side tilt styles, these ergonomic lift tables support a wide range of industrial positioning applications. Optional powered controls, scales, programmable height settings, remote controls, carousels, and accordion safety skirts allow customization for specialized workflow and production requirements.  Optional accordion skirting available for both the lifting and tilting portions of the table, contact factory.
