Adjustable Height Pallet Stands for Ergonomic Material Handling Workstations

Adjustable height pallet stands provide an ergonomic solution for positioning palletized materials at comfortable working heights in warehouses, assembly lines, packaging stations, and manufacturing facilities. Designed to reduce bending, lifting strain, and repetitive motion fatigue, these industrial pallet positioners improve operator comfort and workflow efficiency during loading, unloading, and assembly tasks.

A built-in spring-assisted manual adjustment system allows operators to easily position the platform at multiple working heights for improved ergonomics and productivity. Select models feature integrated rotating carousel tops that provide 360-degree access to pallet contents, reducing unnecessary reaching and walking during order picking or assembly operations.

Available in stationary, rotating carousel, and mobile caster-equipped configurations, these adjustable pallet stands support a wide range of material handling applications. Optional heavy-duty caster kits improve portability between workstations, while rotating platforms increase efficiency in packaging, sorting, and production environments. High-capacity designs accommodate heavy pallet loads while maintaining stable and secure positioning throughout daily operations.

How To Operate The Unit:

The Handle Bar has three settings. The Middle, or neutral position, for storage. The Left setting for moving the stand from storage position into the first position, and the Right setting is for moving the stand from first position to the second or third position.

  1. Slide Handle Bar from the Middle position either Left or Right, depending on the position needed, and lift up on lift handles.
  2. Once unit is at desired height put the Handle Bar back into the Middle or neutral position.
  3. Align/set pallet evenly onto stand.
  4. The pallet MUST BE REMOVED before adjusting stand to another work height.
